Thanksgiving here and gone!

Had a lovely Thanksgiving Day with my 2-best friends. I spent the day in the kitchen. Whew.......hard work, but fun!

I had a VIP client over for another visit. He and his wife had come over a few days earlier for a couples session and loved Your Private Adobe. He wanted to try the Pichichil, full body oil treatment. His holiday trip got delayed so it gave him more time for R&R here. It was one of those sessions where what could go wrong, went wrong. But he never knew it. It started with the hot tub. The water was extra foamy! I thought he peed in the tub or spilled beer in it. (he brought his own) I had a bit of an equipment malfunction witht the Pichill, but managed to pull it off too. I only got oil in his eyes once. Hey, it's healthy oil. hehe Then the body polish got over heated in the warmer and melted! I had to improvise quickly. Once again, he never knew and was snoring loudly on the table. He even tipped me generously!

I have bought some used furniture, a beautiful rustic 8-foot long dining table that seats eight guests. I also purchased an interesting book shelf. Not sure where to put it just yet, I pick it up on Monday. Next on the list is more dining room chairs, a new desk and armoire for the tv!

I really need to work on my menu. It's in the works, really! I've just been too busy to make changes. Patience with me, please.
